The River Oaks Community is nestled along the Nueces River in Edwards County and is a private 57 acre scenic gated community in the heart of Texas Hill Country. Here you will find a vibrant community of friends and neighbors interconnected by the inspiring, natural beauty and privacy that surround our homes. We are dedicated to bringing our homeowners a retreat from big city living and to experience the richness and beauty of the hill country. The Edwards County River Oaks Home Owners Association is a self managed HOA. It serves to promote a family environment while assisting members in maintaining their investment by understanding, communicating, and enforcing the Covenants & By-Laws as well as all Rules & Regulations 

This shall be accomplished through various programs that support an aesthetically pleasing neighborhood.

The Association:

• Maintains the entrances and certain common areas of the River Oaks Community

• Funds and executes projects that benefit all property owners

• Works with our governing officials in obtaining needed improvements to our streets

• Administers the covenants, conditions and restrictions thereof
