Current & Future Resident Resources
The Edwards County River Oaks Home Owners Association is guided by rules and covenants that were established at the organization's founding and are regularly reviewed by the executive board and residents. Residents are encouraged to familiarize themselves with all policies pertaining to the community HOA, the neighborhood and the shared community park.
Below are some helpful resources for our future residents, those new to the community and of course our current and long standing residents looking to stay connected to the community and their neighbors.

County Water is supplied by Barksdale Water Supply Corp.
They can be reached at PO BOX 178 Barksdale, TX 78828 or by phone at 830-234-4125. Fresh water utility lines are provided to the property line at the water meter box location. For new construction, owners will have to contract plumbing installation from meter to their property.
County Power Utility Lines are managed by AEP Texas Central
For new service installation AEP work orders can be made by contacting 877-373-4858. Power utility lines will be contracted from the main to the property meter box location. For new construction, owners will have to contract their eclectic service provider to install a meter and activate service.
County Electric Company providers are chosen by the property owner
Owners can place work orders from their electric company of choice to install meter base and activate electric service after power utility lines established on the property. For new construction, owners will have to contract electrician to provide electric lines from the meter to their property.
Waste Water services are not provided by the County
Owners will need a septic system permitted and professionally installed on their property. More information can be found on septic system permits and specifications at https://www.co.edwards.tx.us/page/edwards.septic
Physical Street Address Request
Owners can request establishment of a physical street address for their property though the Edwards County Appraisal District by completing the required request forms at https://www.edwardscad.org/911-address-request

Current Annual HOA Property Dues ($300 per year per lot)
HOA Dues are payable and due on the month of August for each property owner.

Resale Certificates
